Monthly Group Mentoring
Attend our group activities each month and make lots of refugee friends. Each month, you will join a refugee in participating in the events of the evening.
Details
Expectations
- Meet weekly with your refugee friend in person
- Attend our monthly group activities with your refugee friend
- Fill out a 5-minute monthly report
- Touch base with Of One Heart representative, as needed
- Phone check-in with Of One Heart after months 2 & 4
Optional Extension
- Meet monthly with your refugee friend
- Attend our monthly group activities with your refugee friend
- Fill out a 5-minute monthly report
- Touch base with Of One Heart representative, as needed
- Phone check-in with Of One Heart after month 12

AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Level 1
- Non-IVP
- Must meet statute ARS: 46-141 (such as DES – Certified Child Care Provider and Non-Certified Relative Provider)
Some fingerprint locations will take your fingerprints digitally and SUBMIT them digitally. This may expedite the arrival of your fingerprint card.
Once you have received your card, please email a copy to [email protected]

Refugee Journey Presentation
Attend a presentation, virtual or in-person, to learn about refugees and the journey they take to get to our communities.
Step 4
Interview
When you have completed steps 1-3, please email us with dates/times you are available so we can schedule an interview.
